Enrolment Information Evening
TUESDAY 21ST APRIL, 2020
The aim of the meeting is to provide general information about the school and in particular the curriculum.
We encourage all parents who wish to enrol their children at St. Peter Apostle Primary School to attend.
You will have an opportunity to make an appointment for an Enrolment Interview and collect your Enrolment Package.
It would be appreciated if children do not attend this meeting due to limited space.
To make your application process as smooth as possible, please ensure you check the following information:
- Your child will by 5 years of age by 30th April 2021
- Children with siblings already at the school
- Baptised Catholic children whose parent/s are practicing Catholics and reside within our school zone
- Baptised Catholic children
- Non-Catholic children
Throughout April and May, interviews will take place with the Principal or Deputy Principal or School Leadership Team Member.
When attending your interview it is a requirement that you attend with your child and bring the following documentation to the interview:
- Completed Enrolment Form
- Birth Certificate
- Baptism Certificate
- Immunisation Certificate
- Proof of Residence (for new families only)
For Non Australian Citizens, please bring your Visa.
All applications for enrolment are considered by both the Parish Priest and the Principal.
Letters of Acceptance
Enrolment acceptance will be advised in writing for your child by the middle of June.
Confirmation of Acceptance and Enrolment Deposit
It is essential that you confirm acceptance of your enrolment offer in writing to the school and pay a non-refundable enrolment fee of $150.00, which will be deducted from the 2021 School Fees.
Your child will be required to participate in the Orientation Program, which will take place later in the year. Further information regarding the Orientation Program will be provided closer to the time.
