Location: Victoria University Athletics Track, Hoppers Crossing
For children who have been selected to represent St Peter’s in the Hoppers Crossing District Primary Schools Sports Association Athletics Carnival.
The events commence at 9.45am and conclude at approximately 2.15pm
Children are expected to wear their full sports uniform. It may be advisable to bring sunscreen, hat and a coat.
Children will need to bring a packed lunch with a refillable drink bottle and snacks.
The children will be supplied with a uniform which must be returned before they go home.
The team will be travelling by bus and will depart from school at 8.45am sharp.
All children are expected to meet in the hall at 8:30am.
The cost for the bus will be $6.00 per child.
- Due to privacy matters, there is to be NO PHOTOGRAPHY of any sort at the athletics track.
- Officials will be wearing brightly coloured orange vests. If a parent / teacher is asked to be an official on the day they will need to wear the orange vest as this helps with identification of the officials.
- ONLY officials and competitors are permitted out on the track or field.
- There will be professional trainers organising first aid.
Permission to attend must be completed via CareMonkey & payment received by FRIDAY 3RD AUGUST.
