Year 5: Italian Cooking


n Year 5 this term the students have been learning to read and write recipes using Italian.

On WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 5TH the students will follow recipes and take part in a cooking lesson.

The students will make one of a variety of pasta dishes.

The ingredients will include

  • Egg noodles ( containing white flour)
  • Eggs
  • Bacon
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper
  • Tomatoes
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Basil

The children are advised to still bring their normal lunch and snacks as they will be served a small tasting portion to eat at school.
