As part of the school curriculum, it has now been established for the year six students to attend a camp. Next year’s camp is to Ace-Hi Ranch in Cape Schanck where students will experience various team roles and reflect on their emotional responses and performance when working in groups. This experience aligns with Level 6 Personal and Social Capabilities from The Victorian Curriculum and aims to provide students with a deeper understanding of the characteristics of respectful relationships. Camp is compulsory for all students.
Ace-Hi Ranch offers students the opportunity to participate in flying fox, rock wall climbing, camp cooking and horse awareness activities during their camp experience. In addition to these activities your child is able to participate in a horse trail ride for an additional cost of $50.00 per student. This is not compulsory and only students with additional permission and confirmed payment will partake in the trail ride.
