All families will be invited to attend an enrolment interview with the Principal or Deputy Principal. Please bring the completed enrolment form and supporting documents with you to the interview;
- Birth certificate
- Baptism certificate
- Immunisation History statement
- Proof of Residence (for new families)
- Visa (for NON Australian Citizens)
Other documents that are required, if applicable to your child/family;
- Specialist medical reports
- Family Court Orders
- Copy of Centrelink Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card
Enrolment Interviews take approximately 15 minutes and we ask you to bring your child along to meet us. It is important the school is made aware of each child’s individual circumstances, particularly where the school may be required to provide additional support for your child.
Applications for enrolment are considered by both the Parish Priest and the school Principal.
It is a legal requirement that an immunisation certificate is presented to the school prior to the child’s commencement at school.
