A team of qualified and experienced Learning Support Officers (LSOs) support student learning by working with the whole class, taking small focus groups, working one on one and supporting students with behavioural issues. They provide classroom support to students who have Autism, Severe Language Disorder, Intellectual Disability and Anxiety Disorders. They also run Occupational Therapy sessions, reading and spelling interventions such as ERIK and Multi Lit, Speech and Language Programs as directed by CEM Speech Pathology and individual sessions with students to develop their handwriting and reading.
